King George County sits within a day's drive of nearly a third of the U.S. population, with the Port of Virginia and the Port of Baltimore both reachable inside 250 miles for seamless freight and logistics access. Washington, DC, Richmond, and the broader Mid-Atlantic corridor are all within easy reach, while New York City, the Research Triangle, and Charlotte fall comfortably inside a 500-mile radius. More than 20,000 cars a day travel Routes 3 and 301, connecting the Commonwealth of Virginia to Maryland.
